Shipping policy

At Blank Sheet Stories, we work with specialized global crafting partners to bring you unique, high-quality tabletop RPG gear at fair prices. All orders are packed with care and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners to your door with full end-to-end tracking.

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order dispatches, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.

We currently ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand

Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions ($12.95 AUD flat rate) for 4–8 business day delivery.

3. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an automated tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking link for courier updates to register in the tracking system.

4. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
For customers in Australia, the US, UK, Canada, and New Zealand, standard import thresholds generally cover individual shipments. However, any local customs duties, taxes, or import clearance fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot alter the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
If your parcel status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with housemates or neighbors, or contact your local post service with your tracking number before reaching out to our support team.
