Refund Policy
Every epic adventure has unexpected turns, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. We offer a 30-day return window for standard items, subject to the conditions below.

Custom & Print-on-Demand Limitations
● Custom 3D Miniatures: Because miniatures are printed on demand using specific files or custom options chosen by the player, custom prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, broken, or defective.
● Standard Dice & Accessories: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your miniature arrives missing an arm, or your resin dice sets have severe flaws, please contact us immediately at our support email with a photo of the damage. We will gladly dispatch a replacement print or replacement set right away at no additional cost to you.
